At ColourSplash Creations, we take pride in our handcrafted products and strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you experience any issues with your purchase, please review our policy below:
Exchanges & Replacements
No refunds, replacements, or responsibility will be taken by ColourSplash Creations if the customer does not follow the proper care instructions outlined on our warning labels. This includes but is not limited to:
We do not refund or exchange a special-order product as these items are ordered specifically per customer.

Exchanges & Replacements
- If you are not satisfied with your product, we will happily offer you a replacement or exchange for another scent/size of equal or lesser value.
- If you experience any issues with your candle due to burning errors, we will work with you to troubleshoot the issue. If the candle is deemed unsalvageable, a replacement may be provided, with the customer responsible for any applicable shipping fees.
No refunds, replacements, or responsibility will be taken by ColourSplash Creations if the customer does not follow the proper care instructions outlined on our warning labels. This includes but is not limited to:
- Burning the candle for no longer than 4 hours at a time.
- Keeping the candle away from drafts, windows, air vents, fans, or air conditioning.
- Not placing the candle on outdoor tables where it may be exposed to the elements.
- If a fragrance in your selected size is out of stock, we may substitute it with an equivalent product (e.g., if a clamshell melt is unavailable, we may provide three melt pods of similar value).
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we may provide an exchange or store credit.
- Exchanges can only be processed if the item is unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
